Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing or using the won99 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms set forth in this document in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the won99 platform or services in any way.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and won99 as the platform operator. Continued use after any amendments shall constitute acceptance of those changes.
Users must be at least 18 years old to register an account and use won99’s services. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that your use of this platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is allowed only one active account on the won99 platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly forbidden and may result in all such accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
You are responsible for ensuring all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. False or misleading information may result in account termination and cancellation of any pending balances or winnings.
Password Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential, including your username and password. won99 will never ask for your password via any communication channels outside the platform.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact our customer support team immediately. won99 is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your credentials by third parties.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the won99 platform agree to comply with all usage rules. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate account termination:
- Using automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to access or interact with the platform without written permission is prohibited.
- Attempting to exploit bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or system loopholes to gain unfair advantage is forbidden.
- Transferring funds between user accounts to evade reviews or manipulate the payment system is prohibited.
- Engaging in any fraudulent activities, money laundering, or financing illegal activities via the platform is prohibited.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to others in any form is prohibited.
Won99 reserves the right to monitor account activity and take appropriate action including temporary suspension, permanent closure, or reporting to authorities if violations of these terms or Malaysian law occur.
Payment & Transaction Information
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the won99 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit methods include online bank transfers, DuitNow, and approved e-wallets. Each deposit is subject to minimum and maximum limits which may change from time to time.
Withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method as the deposit, except in specific cases requiring alternative methods. Processing times depend on the chosen method and may take 1 to 3 business days.
Transaction Cancellation & Disputes
Once a deposit has been credited to your account, the transaction cannot be reversed. Any disputes regarding transactions must be reported to the won99 support team within 30 days from the transaction date.
Won99 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for security or compliance reviews if suspicious activity is detected. In such cases, we will contact the user for additional information before approving any payments.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Won99 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from platform use, including service interruptions, data loss, or unsatisfactory game outcomes. won99’s total liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the past thirty days.
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software and materials on the won99 platform are the exclusive property of won99 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of these materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
The won99 platform may include links to third-party websites or services. won99 has no control over their content or privacy practices and is not responsible for any losses resulting from using those links. Users are advised to review third-party terms separately.
Account Suspension, Terms Changes & Applicable Laws
Account Suspension or Closure
Won99 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. In cases where closure is due to a user violation, any remaining account balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their accounts can contact the won99 support team. All withdrawal requirements must be met before the closure is processed. Eligible balances will be refunded following the standard withdrawal procedures.
Amendments to These Terms
Won99 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly to stay informed of any changes.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be resolved through agreed dispute mechanisms or relevant Malaysian courts.
